Primo is the founder and Managing Principal of Primo Afeau Legal Services. He is admitted to practice in both the Solomon Islands and New Zealand.

A former Attorney General of the Solomon Islands, Primo's legal background has contributed to his involvement in important national projects including the drafting of the new Companies (Insolvency and Receivership) Act 2009. Primo is currently a Director of Solomon Airlines and Trustee of Honiara Golf Club.

Primo is often asked to act in local land, banking and finance and regulatory matters across the Solomon Islands.
